When you sign up for our services, we begin by collecting all necessary information, including the keys to your premises, alarm codes, and specific instructions for emergency responses. This helps us understand your unique needs and ensures that we are fully prepared to respond to any situation. -
02. Key Collection & Security
We securely store the keys you provide in our secure facility, which complies with BS 7984-1:2016 standards for keyholding and response services. All keys are carefully tracked and kept confidential. -
03. Activation & Onboarding
Once we have all the necessary details, we activate your service by completing a thorough survey of your premises. With you, we will then coordinate with your alarm system provider to ensure that the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) has the correct information to contact us in case of an emergency.
Beyond alarm response, we offer additional security services to enhance the safety of your property. These include regular property patrols for continuous monitoring, covering both external and internal checks as needed.
We also provide lock-up and open-up services for businesses, handling access at specific times to help manage daily operations. Each of these services is designed to work in tandem with our keyholding and response services, offering you a comprehensive security solution.
